Clinical and community health staff, including: community health workers, health educators and navigators, case managers, physicians, nurses, and other clinic staff who work within or are associated with the Indian Health Service (IHS), Tribal, and urban system of care or who see American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) people.
