In the U.S., it’s estimated that more than one in five adults live with mental illness. Almost half of adolescents have had a mental health disorder at some time in their lives. Yet talking about mental health can be difficult to start and continue for many reasons.
Who Should Take This Course
This course was created for community health workers and CHW Instructors, but anyone who works with clients who may need mental health services would benefit. While the resources are geared towards those working in Texas, the main content is applicable to all regions.
Objectives
After completing this eLearning course, you will be able to:
