Covid-19 has changed the way Central Texans  live, work, and relax. It is important for Community Health Workers (CHWs) and other health care professionals to understand the facts about Covid-19 and how to stay safe. However, it's also important to talk about how the stress affects mental health of the clients and of the healthcare professionals. This webinar will provide information specific to Central Texas.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to identify:

  3. 2 sources where you can find updated, accurate information
  4. 1 way CHWs can take care of themselves during this time.
