Who Should Take This Course 

This course is suitable for community health workers and community health worker instructors, health educators and others who are new to in-person training. It overs an overview of learning styles and training techniques.

Objectives

By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

  • Apply adult learning theory
  • Identify learning techniques and preferences
  • Apply the use of proper presentation and/or facilitation strategies, methods and techniques
  • Apply the proper use of ethics and confidentiality
