This course offers a brief overview of common presentation and facilitation skills helpful for instructors who conduct in person training.

Who Should Take This Course
This course is suitable for community health workers and community health worker instructors, health educators and others who are new to in-person training. It overs an overview of learning styles and training techniques.

By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

- Identify learning techniques and preferences
- Apply the use of proper presentation and/or facilitation strategies, methods and techniques
- Apply the proper use of ethics and confidentiality
