In this short course, learners will discuss the social determinants of health, and discuss how social determinants of health affect a client’s ability to link to care.
We will review aspects of gender, how gender and sexually diverse clients face barriers to care, and ways to minimize such barriers.
This lesson can stand alone, but is most useful when taken along with the other lessons, or modules, in the training plan.
