Participants will have the opportunity to practice teach-back as an applicable skill in health communication.
Objectives:
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Define public health advocacy.
- Describe how to effectively advocate.
- Explain the role of Community Health Workers in advocating for public health.

Series
The sessions occur the first Thursday of the month, except for the July session.
CHWs may receive 1.5 DSHS certified CEUs for each webinar attended.
