About
The purpose of this module is to introduce participants to the core principles of project leadership and management, while introducing them to practical project management tools.
Objectives:
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Explain the difference between leadership and management
- Describe the project management process/cycle
- Write a SMART objective
- Utilize three project management tools

The sessions occur the first Thursday of the month, except for the July session.
CHWs may receive 1.5 DSHS certified CEUs for each webinar attended.
